TERMS and CONDITIONS:

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Sharon’s Cookie Jars is accepting orders with most major credit cards (secured with VeriSign) and with PayPal.  The Easiest Way to Purchase is to use the Shopping Cart. Or you may Phone us: Phone: Direct 936-365-3437 or Toll Free 1-866-478-5870 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday-Friday Central Time Zone.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, PACKING and INSURANCE

The $9.97 Shipping includes the Shipping, the Handling, the Packing, and the Insurance of every Cookie Jar. Most items will be Packed and picked up by UPS within 2 business days. UPS then guarantees delivery within 1-5 business days depending on how far the Ship-To Address is from Goodrich, TX 77335. Check the TAB: UPS Map for an estimate of when your package could arrive. We ship via UPS Ground and insure all items we ship. At the time of Shipment you will be notified via Email by UPS Quantum including the UPS Tracking Number, so you may track your own package. UPS Policy is to leave the package at your door, if no one answers the door. If you prefer to sign for your package, rather than having the package left on the porch, you must notify us immediately via Email (sales@Sharonscookiejars.com) and we will require UPS to obtain a signature. Many of our customers prefer to have their packages delivered to their place of employment because they get it sooner and someone signs for the package for them. If you prefer this method of delivery just enter the Company's Name and their Address and Zip Code, and YOUR Contact Phone Number, during the Ship-To portion of the order. We and UPS will then automatically deliver it to your place of employment, that is all you have to do. All packaging is done professionally. We do everything possible to insure that your item arrives in the best possible condition.  All Cookie Jars are boxed for maximum damage protection.  We have done all we can to minimize the Shipping Handling Packing Insurance costs. Purchasers within Texas will have to pay the 6.75% Sales Tax.

Q:  NEED IT SOONER? I need to get my order right away; can I get it delivered quicker than the “Normal 5” working days?

A:  Yes, you can definitely get it sooner than the normal shipping times. UPS can fly it directly to you, but, for a substantially higher rate. If so, contact us prior to your purchase with your exact mailing address including Zip Code. We will contact UPS. UPS with then give us a quote for various shipping options and we will relay that information back to you for your decision.

Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? IMPORTANT NOTE:

A:  The same $9.97 Shipping rate applies to all purchases regardless of price. We only ship to the Lower 48 states. We no longer ship to outside of the Lower 48 states. Customs Fees, Tariff Fees, Taxes, and ultimate shipping delays can exceed well over $100 additional expense. We have shipped to friends and relatives in the USA and they have Forwarded the Package on to other Countries. They can ship outside of the Lower 48 cheaper than we can, if you are not a registered business. We will not accept orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Europe, or any other place outside of the Continental 48 United States.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Even with all the steps we take to protect your item, damage can still occur. If the package looks like it may have incurred damage and the delivery person is still there, notify them on the spot. If you receive a damaged item you must do two things; First, IMMEDIATELY, please call Us at: 1-866-478-5870 Toll Free or Direct at (936-365-3437)  you will need to have the UPS Tracking Number, located on the package, when you make the call. UPS requires that you keep the original packing material for 5 business days so they may inspect the shipment. Once they hear from us they will contact you, then us again, within 5 business days. They will notify us with a Damage Claim Number. Second, In the unlikely scenario that damage did occur, please take a picture of the damaged cookie jar and  Email it to us at: SKBURT@EASTEX.NET for our Insurance Claim. You will receive full refund for the item and for any shipping cost on damaged items once we receive the photos and UPS has contacted us with a Damage Claim Number. 

RETURNS

All sales are final for all SALE items. No returns. Buyer will be responsible for shipping BOTH ways on unauthorized returns. Contact us first.
