PLACING YOUR ORDER

Sharon’s Cookie Jars is accepting orders with most major credit cards secured with Verisign.  The easiest way to purchase is to use the Shopping Cart. Or you may Phone us: Phone: 1-866-478-5870 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday Central Time Zone.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, PACKING and INSURANCE

The $15.00 shipping cost includes the Shipping, the Handling, the Packing, and the Insurance of each Cookie Jar. Most items will be shipped via UPS Ground within  2 business days. We ship via UPS and insure all items we ship. At the time of Shipment you will be notified of the UPS Tracking Number so you may track your own package. UPS Policy is to leave the package at your door if nobody answers the door. All packaging is done professionally (Sharon actually used to work for a moving company and specialized in packing the antiques and the delicate items). We do everything possible to insure that your item arrives in the best possible condition.  All Cookie jars are boxed for maximum damage protection.  We have done all we can to minimize the Shipping/Handling/Packing/Insurance costs.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: The low $15.00 shipping rate applies only to shipments for the Lower 48 states. We no longer ship outside of the Lower 48 states. We will not accept orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any other place outside of the Continental United States. Sorry. But no way.

RETURNS

Buyer will be responsible for shipping BOTH ways on unauthorized returns. Buyer will be responsible for shipping BOTH ways on items returned because you do not like the item, or it is not what you expected. Contact us first. All sales are final for all SALE items.  

DAMAGED ITEMS

Even with all the steps we take to protect your item, damage can still occur. If the package looks like it may have incurred damage and the delivery person is still there, notify them on the spot. If you receive a damaged item please call UPS at:   1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) you will need to have the UPS Tracking Number, located on the package, when you make the call. They will notify us with a damage claim. In the unlikely scenario that damage should occur, please, also Email us at: Sales@SharonsCookieJars.comYou will receive full refund for the item and for the shipping cost on damaged items.
