The small boxes next to the Title allow you to select that Cookie Jar to select an item you want to act on. Such as delete this item from my purchase. When you have selected all of your purchases you are now ready to Check Out… Click Check Out You will come to a new page. You will notice that on your Browser URL http; has changed to https: This indicates that you are now connected to a Secure Server and it is safe to enter your personal information. Fill in the Ship-To Information If you desire to have your purchase sent to your work place, enter the company name and pertinent information to ensure your package goes directly to you. (There is room for a couple of extra lines in the address for you to enter your Floor, or Department Name, or your Mail Stop Information). If you choose to have the package sent directly to your home and left on the front porch leave the company name blank. The Email is also important. Once the package is handed over to UPS for the trip to you; Quantum UPS will send you an Email with the Tracking Number Information and the promised Delivery Date. Click NEXT Fill in the Billing Information This information MUST be EXACT. The name and the address must be the Exact information your credit card company has on file for you, and the same address that they send your monthly statement. The Credit Card Number must be Exact with no Blanks or Spaces, The Expiration Date must be Exact, and the CVS Number must be Exact. Press Next If you have SUBMITTED this purchase successfully you will automatically receive an Email from us stating so. Congratulations!!! If the Purchase is Unsuccessful; The Purchase is an agreement between you and your credit card provider. Record the Error and contact your Credit Card Provider via the “800” on the back of your credit card.
